The rapid developments in information and communication technologies, the Internet particularly, has drastically changed the way university libraries function. just stop for a while and look back and see the sea of changes? Almost all aspects of a library have changed - the resources, storage, medium, services, delivery of information and user needs. Can we call these changes as the culmination of a 'paradigm shift' in the definition of a library?
